Each piece of jewellery is lovingly handmade to order, so please allow a little time for your item to be carefully created before it is sent.

Processing Time

Most orders are made and ready to dispatch within 10 working days. During busy periods this may be slightly longer, but I will always keep you updated.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged and sent using a reliable postal service to ensure they arrive safely.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 2–4 working days

• International: 7–14 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on postal services and location.

Packaging

All jewellery is beautifully packaged, making it perfect for gifting or as a special treat for yourself.

Returns & Refunds

I really want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 5 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Custom Orders

As many items are made to your specification, custom-made pieces may not be eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the item so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
